Year on year, we undertake projects in every mainland Australian state. Our skid-mounted, high pressure pump units are fixed to MR trucks to maximise mobility and minimise mobilisation time. Smaller units can also be trailer mounted to overcome any height restrictions at the work location. Our MR tilt tray is available for fast deployment of our robots or other equipment.
Mobile containerised workshops are available, and are utilised for cold cutting shutdowns. Garnet cutting abrasive is held in stock, in 20 foot containers, for immediate deployment.

HYDRO-DEMOLITION
Demolition of concrete, refractories, cementitious and epoxy grouts using high- pressure water jets, while leaving reinforcing steel clean and undamaged.

HYDRO-ABRASIVE CUTTING
A water jet mixed with garnet abrasive is used to cut through various materials including steel, refractory, concrete, epoxy, grouts and combinations of these.

HYDRO-SCABBLING
Water jets are used to remove the surface of concrete to create a surface profile. This provides a superior bonding surface for the application of new concrete, mortars, coatings etc. This process is interchangeably called: scabbling; scarification; and is also occasionally called scrabbling.
